Başvuru formuna yazdıklarını yalnızca seni tanımak ve sana dönebilmek için kullanıyorum. Kısaca şöyle:
Ben kimim
Efe Arslan, İzmir. Bu siteyi ben yönetiyorum ve bilgilerinden ben sorumluyum. Bana ftefearslan@gmail.com adresinden ulaşabilirsin.
Neleri alıyorum
Adın, telefon numaran, istersen Instagram kullanıcı adın, seçtiğin paket ve formda bana yazdıkların. Hepsi bu.
Ne için
Başvurunu değerlendirmek ve seninle iletişime geçmek için. Reklam için kullanmam, kimseye satmam.
Nereye gidiyor
Form bana Formspree adlı bir form hizmeti üzerinden ulaşıyor. Formspree'nin sunucuları ABD'de olduğu için bilgilerin oradan geçiyor. Bunun dışında kimseyle paylaşılmıyor.
Ne kadar duruyor
Başvurun sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla bir yıl. Sonra siliyorum.
Silinmesini istersen
Bilgilerini görmek, düzeltmek ya da sildirmek senin hakkın. ftefearslan@gmail.com adresine bir e-posta yeterli, en geç 30 gün içinde dönerim.
Formda sağlık durumunla ilgili ayrıntı yazmana gerek yok. Gerekirse süreç başlayınca konuşuruz.

How I handle your information
I use what you write in the application form only to get to know you and get back to you. In short:
Who I am
Efe Arslan, Izmir, Türkiye. I run this site and I am responsible for your information. You can reach me at ftefearslan@gmail.com.
What I collect
Your name, your phone number, your Instagram handle if you choose to share it, the package you pick and what you write to me in the form. That is all.
Why
To review your application and get in touch with you. I never use it for ads and never sell it.
Where it goes
The form reaches me through a form service called Formspree. Formspree's servers are in the USA, so your information passes through there. It is not shared with anyone else.
How long it stays
At most one year after your application is concluded. Then I delete it.
If you want it deleted
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information is your right. Just send an email to ftefearslan@gmail.com and I will get back to you within 30 days.
There is no need to write details about your health in the form. If it matters, we will talk about it once we start.
